Katie and Mike West are Truckstop Honeymoon and they live the life they sing about. Touring across three continents with four kids and a truck load of songs, they tell stories about the strangeness of everyday life. Their music combines elements of bluegrass, music hall jazz, and straight up rock’n’roll.

Originally based in New Orleans, they were on tour when hurricane Catriona arrived and never returned, eventually making their home in Wales. It was in Wales that a member of the ACE Space team first saw them and was captivated by the hugely entertaining tales of their life embracing several musical styles.
